18 mos. – 5 yrs
Dance with me, Ballet, Tap, and Tot Hop
Empire Dance Center provides a nurturing and exciting environment for even the youngest movers to begin their dance journey. Join our caring faculty, as they help facilitate creative movement exploration while having fun with friends. All students will receive a “personal prop box” filled with materials to use in class!
5.5 yrs – 11 yrs
Ballet, Tap, Jazz, & Hip Hop
Dancers at this age are taught in a more structured environment. We strive to provide a strong foundation in dance while still nurturing their imagination and creativity. In addition to dance techniques, concepts like self-awareness, self-expression, discipline and teamwork are promoted in these classes.
12 yrs -17 yrs
Ballet, Pre-Pointe, Pointe, Jazz, Contemporary, and Lyrical
In this program, our classes range from beginning to advanced levels and we offer instruction for the once a week student all the way up to the aspiring, pre-professional dancer. Classes are taught by experienced, professional dancers with a passion for teaching.
Empire Dance Company was formed to provide dedicated dancers additional opportunities to train and perform! We are thrilled to watch our Company members continue to blossom into skilled dancers and fantastic performers that can really light up a stage!
Under the Dance Company umbrella, we have several “teams” that range in ages 4yrs- 18yrs. We welcome newer dancers with less experience or families wanting less commitment as well as continuing to provide opportunities for our most dedicated and experienced dancers. All of our Company kids are featured performers in our 2 annual studio-wide recitals and they also participate in many community events and attend dance competitions during the dance season.
